Gate City Bank has begun a renovation of its Mandan office to better serve the Bank’s growing customer base.
The renovated Mandan office will have an innovative office design to embody the Bank’s open and transparent banking environment. The new office will feature customer transaction stations, drive-up auto bank lanes with an ATM and night deposit auto bank lane, self-service coin sorter, a nursing mothers room, and a cookie center where Gate City Bank cookies will be baked daily. The office will continue to be a full-service location offering personal and business banking, as well as mortgage, personal and business lending.
“Gate City Bank is dedicated to providing the best customer service,” said Norm Clark, Southwest Regional Leader at Gate City Bank. “We are committed to the Mandan community and excited to make this significant investment.”
Starting Monday, April 10th, the Gate City Bank Mandan location will have a temporary banking trailer on-site to continue servicing customers until the renovation is complete in November 2017. The Gate City Bank Mandan lobby hours are Monday—Friday, 9:00 a.m.—5:00 p.m. Drive up hours are Monday—Friday, 7:30 a.m.—6:30 p.m., and Saturday, 9:00 a.m.—1:00 p.m.
