With more than 35 years of experience, Scott Gronholz serves as Gate City Bank AVP, Business Lender. He has been with the Bank since 2019. Originally from Alexandria, MN, Scott accepted his first position as a teller while attending his local college back in 1986, and he’s been in the banking industry ever since.

Outside of work, Scott has been a volunteer firefighter since 1997 and is a member of the Sertoma Club. In his free time, he enjoys the great outdoors, hunting, fishing and spending time with his family.

To Scott, being a team member at Gate City Bank means a sense of community. Among Gate City Bank’s Principles of High Standards, his favorite is Customer Obsession. He says simply, “Customers are the reason I love what I do.”
