What are Debit Card Rewards?
Debit Card Rewards is a free rewards program where you earn points for using your Gate City Bank debit card, then redeem your points for thousands of options.
Where can I earn points?
You will earn points for all in-store and online purchases made with your Gate City Bank debit card. Points are not earned on ATM withdrawals and may not be earned on Person-to-Person (P2P) money transfers, such as Venmo or Zelle.
Where can I view my point activity?
You can access your point activity in your uChoose Rewards account under My Rewards. You can search by account or month to see what you’ve earned and can redeem.
How do I start earning points?
Sign up at uchooserewards.com and begin using your Gate City Bank debit card for all your in-store and online purchases to earn points! Click on “Earn Points” to see more ways to earn points. Retailers will offer additional points for shopping with them. Some offers will need to be activated or made using the “Shop Now” link that will direct you to the retailer’s website. Check out the offer details to learn more about the each offer.
When will I see my bonus points?
Bonus points will be awarded one per checking account on the first business day of the month after enrollment.
When will I be able to redeem my points?
Points earned throughout the current month will become available the first business day of the following month.
Can I share points with my family members?
Yes! All Gate City Bank debit cards connected to one account automatically earn points together. Plus, you can link multiple accounts together to earn rewards faster. Click on your profile and select “Link Account” to add another Gate City Bank debit card to your uChoose Rewards account.
What are the password requirements?
8 or more characters, an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a special character ([email protected]#$%^&*_-(){}[])
