You can locate any new or previous messages sent via online banking in our mobile app by tapping “Contact Us” in the menu located at the bottom of your mobile app screen after logging in. From the “Contact Us” screen, select “Contact Info” below “General Info,” then select “Messages” to view your message history.
Absolutely! Simply tap on the transaction and select “Edit” to rename.
Note: When you rename a transaction, that change is only reflected in the mobile app. If you contact a bank team member with a question on a transaction, they will only be able to see the original name of the transaction.
