Signing up is a breeze! Just follow these simple steps:
Simply open our mobile app and navigate to “More,” and then “Hide/Show Accounts.” After you save your changes, pull down on the accounts screen to refresh the accounts list.
It’s easy! Simply select the desired account in the Gate City Bank mobile app and tap on the search icon at the top of the screen to look for the transaction you’re thinking of.
Absolutely! Simply tap on the transaction and select “Edit” to rename.
Note: When you rename a transaction, that change is only reflected in the mobile app. If you contact a bank team member with a question on a transaction, they will only be able to see the original name of the transaction.
Great question! Fast balances allow you to quickly access your financial information without logging in to the mobile app. Once you enable this feature in the “More” menu, your account balances will display on the “Fast Balances” screen, which can be accessed on the login screen.
