When will the mobile deposit be posted to my account?

After submitting the mobile deposit, you’ll receive a reference number and status for it. When your deposit is accepted, it may take up to one business day1 to appear in your account. If your deposit is held for review, you’ll receive an email notification when your mobile deposit is either approved or declined.

Please check your email within a business day of your deposit. You’ll be able to see the status of current and past deposits by selecting the “View History” icon (folder) at the top right of the mobile deposit screen.

It’s easy! Simply tap on the “More” menu, select your name to edit your profile and choose “Change Email Address.” Once you’ve changed your email address, open the “Deposit” option.

Or if you’re logged in from a web browser, select “Profile,” “Profile Updates” and “Change Email Address.”

You can view the status of current and past mobile deposits by selecting the “View History” folder at the top right of the mobile deposit screen.
