No problem! You may request to unsubscribe accounts from online statements and notices at any time by contacting us at 701-293-2400, visiting your nearest Gate City Bank location or, from our mobile app, sending us a message using the “Contact Us” tab.

Signing up for online statements and notices is easy! Just follow some easy steps.

When using online banking and your desktop computer:

  1. From our website, log in to online banking.
  2. Select “View Statements/Notices” from the menu.
  3. Confirm that you can view the sample statement.
  4. Accept the agreement. From there, all accounts will be automatically enrolled for online statements and notices.

When using our mobile app on your smartphone or tablet:

  1. Log in to the Gate City Bank mobile app.
  2. Tap “More,” and then tap “Statements and Notices.”
  3. Accept the agreement. Moving forward, all accounts will be enrolled for online statements and notices.

Unfortunately not. When you select to receive paperless statements and notices online, you will no longer receive paper statements and notices in the mail.1 With paperless statements and notices, all your historical statements are conveniently stored online for you to view, print or save anytime!

We’re happy to help here! For current customers, the previous two years of account statements and notices will be available in your online banking account or the mobile app. Additionally, online statements and notices are available until one year after an account is closed.

It’s easy! To change your notification preference for online statements or notices from your Gate City Bank online banking account:

  1. Log in to online banking.
  2. Select “View Statements/Notices” from the menu.
  3. From there, select “Profile” to change your notification preference.

You can also change your notification preference from our mobile app:

  1. Log in to the Gate City Bank mobile app.
  2. Tap “More,” then “Statements and Notices.
