Becky Mindeman

SVP, Northeastern North Dakota

Becky Mindeman serves as Gate City Bank’s SVP of Northeastern North Dakota. Originally from Grand Forks, Becky joined the bank in 1990, and has previously held the roles of Customer Service & Sales Supervisor, Customer Service Representative, Loan Origination Assistant and Teller. She earned her bachelor’s in management from University of North Dakota.

Outside of work, Becky serves on the board of directors for the Community Violence Intervention Center (CVIC), which includes being on the Green Dot Core Team. She’s also on the advisory committee for Sunshine Memorial Foundation, and is a mentor for Greater Grand Forks Young Professionals.

In her free time, Becky enjoys solving puzzles, gardening, visiting the lake, cooking, trying new restaurants with her husband and being with family and friends. Most people don’t know that she likes to hike at a new destination every year.

To Becky, being a team member at Gate City Bank means being part of a wonderful culture where she can grow, professionally, and feel genuine support for community initiatives she’s passionate about. Among Gate City Bank’s Principles of High Standards, her favorite is Make a Difference because “I enjoy not only volunteering and looking for ways to help, but also working for a company that encourages team members to positively impact their community.”
