Rebecca Norum serves as a Personal Banker at Gate City Bank and brings a wealth of experience to the role. Since joining the bank in April of 2020, she has served in multiple positions, including Customer Service Representative and Senior Lead Customer Service Representative.

Originally from Kimberly, WI, Rebecca earned her bachelor’s degree in business marketing from St. Cloud State University in 2022 before moving to Hopkins, MN, where she currently lives. Outside of work, she likes to spend time with her cats and enjoys long summer days on the golf course.

To Rebecca, being a Gate City Bank team member means always working to the best of her ability by providing every customer with the quality of service they deserve. Of the bank’s Principle’s of High Standard’s, Make a Difference is her favorite.

“Our customers and communities are what matter most,” she says. “I think it’s important that we care for them.”
