Todd Nankivel serves as a Gate City Bank Senior Mortgage Loan Officer. Born and raised in West Fargo, ND, Todd has more than 21 years of mortgage experience, and he has been a mortgage lender with the Gate City Bank since 2005.

Outside of work, Todd is a member of the West Fargo Exchange Club and Bison Team Makers. In his free time, he enjoys hitting the golf course.
