Will Rivas serves as an Insurance Agent with Gate City Insurance Agency. He joined the agency in March 2026 as an Internal Insurance Agent. Originally from Los Angeles, CA, he is proud to now call Fargo, ND, home.

Outside of work, Will volunteers at Burning Hearts Church and Dakota Fusion FC, training youth soccer players through one-on-one and small-group sessions. Something many people might not know about him is that he trained in the Cruz Azul Academy! He enjoys cheering on his four daughters at the soccer field, traveling with family and staying connected with loved ones back home in California.

To Will, being a Gate City team member means showing up for people when they need you most. He says, “Insurance isn't just a policy. It's peace of mind. My job is to make things clear, keep my word and help them make confident decisions.” Among Gate City’s Principles of High Standards, his favorite is Make a Difference. Will adds, “Soccer gave me a lot growing up. Giving it back is the easiest decision I make every week. This principle tells me that Gate City believes the same thing I do. You leave a place better than you found it.”
